III. Notice and Takedown Procedure

It is our policy to respond expeditiously to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. Once we receive a proper notification of claimed infringement, we will investigate the claim. If the claim is determined to be valid in our sole discretion, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material in a timely manner.
